Spicy Thai Noodles
With my meal plan for this week and craving pasta like crazy, I picked a second pasta dish for this week.
We love spicy dishes so after seeing this super quick recipe we gave it a shot. You will not be disappointed with this!
My son passed on having any but did try one bite. This is due to his lack of love for spicy foods. The hubs and daughter absolutely loved them and ate it all up on me. I did get a small sample before they devoureddisappointed it all so this will be made again for sure!
Spicy Thai Noodles
Ingredients:
Gluten-free noodles 8 oz
1/2 red pepper
sesame oil
1 clove garlic minced
3 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 cup parmesan
Sesame seeds
1. Cook pasta according to the directions on the package. reserve some water for later before draining the noodles.
2. In a saucepan add some sesame oil, garlic, and red pepper. Saute till your desired doneness.
3. Add soy sauce and parmesan, and stir till parmesan melts.
4. Add noodles and toss them together. Add some reserved water from boiling noodles to thin out the sauce if desired.
5. Top with sesame seeds and more parm then enjoy!
