Rainbow wraps





Tortillas 10' are the best

1 carrot, sliced into matchsticks

kale, chopped

1 bell pepper, sliced

1 cucumber, sliced into matchsticks

baby spinach

Greek yogurt, cream cheese, or mayonnaise

Chives chopped

1. Mix together your chopped chives with your spread of choice.

2. Spread your mixture all over your tortilla

3. add all your greens and vegetables to the tortilla

4. Gently fold over both ends and begin to roll up your tortilla. Cut in half or bite-size portions.

5. Enjoy!
